Cancellation Policy

【Bookings, Payments and Cancellations】 • All lessons are by prior reservation only. • New students are generally required to take an Introductory Trial Lesson (45 min / ¥5,000) before beginning regular lessons. • Please submit your booking request through the Contact Form or another designated contact method. • After receiving your request, we will check studio availability and the instructor’s schedule, and provide you with the proposed lesson date and time, fee, and payment instructions. • At this stage, your booking is not yet confirmed. • Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card through Stripe. If you wish to pay by credit card, a secure Stripe payment link will be sent to you by email after the booking details have been confirmed. • Please complete payment by the deadline stated in the information email. • Once payment has been confirmed, the instructor will reserve the studio. • Your booking becomes officially confirmed when the Booking Confirmation Email is sent after the studio reservation has been completed. • For in-person lessons, the venue will be provided after the booking has been confirmed. • In-person lessons are held at music studios in Tokyo and Kanagawa. • Online lessons are conducted via Zoom. • Depending on studio availability and the instructor’s schedule, we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred date and time. • If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. • As a general rule, payments are non-refundable once received. • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice. • Any cancellation fees incurred after the studio has been reserved may be charged to the student. • If a lesson cannot take place due to a natural disaster, major disruption to public transportation, circumstances related to the instructor, or other unavoidable circumstances, the lesson will generally be rescheduled. • However, if a cancellation fee is imposed under the studio’s policy, the actual cost may be charged to the student. • Lessons are conducted primarily in Italian or English. Japanese-language support is available when necessary. • Students under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before submitting a booking request. • By submitting a booking request, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
